WARRANTY POLICY
LIMITED LIFETIME MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY ON STEEL STANDS

This product carries a lifetime warranty against defects in manufacture resulting in leakage. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product itself and does not cover any consequential damages or losses. The Warranty does not cover misuse of the product or broken or lost parts. Proof of purchase is required, please keep a copy of your receipt for your records.
To make a claim
An email may be sent to customerservice@panaceaproducts.com.
The email must include;
-Description of the alleged defect.
-image (photo) of the product showing all components of the product.
-image (photo) of the damaged area of the product.

The customer may be asked to provide the following;
-Proof of purchase
-additional photos of damage
-description of how the product was used
-return of the damaged product for repair or replacement.
5 YEAR MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY ON PLASTIC STAND

This product carries a 5 year warranty (from time of purchase) against defects in manufacture resulting in leakage.
